A Membership, Cash-Pay Practice
Peoples Wellness & Longevity is a cash-pay, membership-based practice. We do not bill insurance for appointments, memberships, or treatments. Working outside of insurance is a deliberate choice: it lets us spend real time with you, order the testing that actually answers your questions, and build a plan around what is right for your body, not what a plan will authorize.
The one exception is lab work. Many patients can use their insurance for labs, and we are glad to provide the codes and documentation you need. We keep pricing transparent and always tell you the cost before you commit.
What This Means for You
Insurance for Labs
Lab testing can often be run through your insurance. We provide the diagnostic codes so you can submit to your plan, and we offer transparent cash lab pricing when that is the better route.
HSA & FSA Welcome
We gladly accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments for eligible services. Using pre-tax dollars can meaningfully reduce the cost of your care.
Transparent Pricing
No claims, no surprise bills. We review the cost of your membership and care with you up front, so you always know exactly what to expect before you begin.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before receiving services. Because we are a cash-pay practice, we build transparent estimates into every plan so you always know what to expect before you begin.
Billing & Payment Questions
Do you take insurance?
We are a cash-pay, membership-based practice and do not bill insurance for appointments, memberships, or treatments. The exception is lab work, which many patients can run through their insurance. We provide the codes you need and keep our pricing transparent.
Can I use my insurance for labs?
Yes. Many patients use their insurance for laboratory testing. We can send your labs to your preferred lab and provide the diagnostic codes so you can bill your plan. When insurance is not the best fit, we also offer transparent cash lab pricing.

How do labs and insurance work here?

We can send your labs to your preferred lab and provide the diagnostic codes so you can run them through your plan, and we also offer transparent cash lab pricing when that is the better route. Everything else at the practice is simple cash-pay.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service, and membership fees are billed on a simple, transparent schedule. We will always review pricing with you before you commit, so there are no surprise bills after your visit.
