What Is Refine?
Refine is your physician-led lab review, where we interpret your results, identify root causes, and map your recommended care path. It is your new-patient intake and comprehensive lab review, designed to give you clarity and a plan. This is a cash-based medical visit; labs may be run through insurance or cash-pay, depending on what you choose.
1. Complete Your Labs
Labs are done before your visit. We help coordinate your draw, ideally at least 48 hours before your appointment.
2. Your Refine Visit
In a thorough virtual visit, Dr. Peoples reviews your goals, symptoms, health history, and labs, then connects the dots.
3. Your Care Path
She recommends the right Flow, our longer-term care package, based on your needs, priorities, and stage of life.
