- 1. You complete your enrollment and payment to begin your care plan.
- 2. We send you information on how and where to get your labs drawn.
- 3. You schedule your lab draw, and book your REFINE visit for about five days after your labs are drawn.
- 4. At your REFINE visit, your provider reviews your results and builds your personalized care plan.
