Peoples Wellness & Longevity operates on a cash-pay basis and does not bill insurance companies directly. We do not accept insurance for our services. Patients are responsible for full payment at the time services are rendered.

The one exception is laboratory testing, which many patients choose to run through their insurance. In those cases we can provide the diagnostic codes needed so you can submit your labs to your plan. Coverage for labs depends entirely on your individual insurance plan.

All fees must be paid in full before or at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified at our office.

5. HIPAA and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your protected health information (PHI).

Our Notice of Privacy Practices describes how we may use and disclose your protected health information, and your rights regarding your health information. You will receive a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices at your first visit, and it is also available on our website.
